Why Do I Have This Ringing In My Ears?

This morning I woke up with ringing in my ears. Not sure why, but I know that I haven’t been eating the best lately, skipping meals and not taking my multivitamins. The end of the school year is always so busy that tend to get a little stressed out. Plus, over the last month all three of my kids have had some kind of illness. Now I am wondering if I am getting something too! I hope not. Summer is just around the corner!
