[photopress:disneyland.jpg,full,pp_image] I grew up in California. Disneyland was only 20 minutes from my home. We loved Disneyland. Now that I have moved to the East Coast, Disneyland is much harder to get to. We also want to go on Orlando vacations, but have only been there once. I went with my sister and we were a little disappointed in the Magic Kingdom at Disney World.
It could just be that we are biased because we love Disneyland so much, but we found the Magic Kingdom at Disney World to be smaller (is it really?) and not as well laid out as Disneyland. Plus, they did not have the Blue Bayou restaurant (in Pirates of the Caribbean) and the Matterhorn was missing.
We did like the other parks as Disney World, but as far as the Magic Kingdom park goes, Disneyland wins hands down. Have you ever been to both parks? Which did you like better?

I was in Floria almost 20 years ago now. I am also from So Cal and have been to Disneyland many times. I remember loving Epcot and Busch Gardens, those are what stick out from when I went to Florida.
