There are so many places that I want to travel to in the United States. One of these is Wilmington, NC. Wilmington is a port city that is located in the southeastern corner of North Carolina between the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean.

Wilmington has a moderate climate and an interesting historic preservation district. Plus, if you are a golfer, there are numerous championship golf courses. Nearby Wrightsville Beach is a great place for exploring the shore.

Wilmington has also become a great place to live. The University of North Carolina at Wilmington is located here and Wilmington NC real estate is reasonably priced.
Wilmington is a popular place for film and television shows. The following movies were all partly filmed in Wilmington: A Walk To Remember, Blue Velvet, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Empire Records, Cape Fear, Black Knight, 28 Days, The Crow and Nights in Rodanthe. The television shows Matlock, Surface, Dawson’s Creek and One Tree Hill have all been produced there.

Very beautiful places in the photos! I really liked the picture with the image of the bridge!
