I love to read! Often at night, I read in bed. Of course, I need the light on, but sometimes my husband wants to sleep. Fortunately, I have discovered the BNR LED 6-3 Beam N Read ® LED 6 Deluxe Hands Free Light! This is such a handy device. The extra wide light featuring LEDs covers two pages of a hardcover book and you can read anything: Kindle, Nook, newspapers, loose documents and more. Since the device does not clip on to what you are reading or doing, but instead hangs around your neck, it is great for knitting, crocheting and other crafts as well. The unit requires 4 Alkaline AA batteries (not included) that will give you 50 hours of light when using all 6 LEDs. You also have the option of using just 3 of the LEDs as well (100 hours of light). Also includes are two clip-on filters. One of the them is orange which gives a softer light and to reduce blue light and the other is red to reduce ambient light. These are very easy to install right over the LED bulbs. Plus, you also receive a 4″ x 5″ clip-on acrylic Fresnel magnifier. This magnifier is perfect for detail work.

Let me tell you how I am going to use this fantastic product as a gift this holiday season. I am going to bundle the BNR LED 6-3 Beam N Read ® LED 6 Deluxe Hands Free Light with a book that I know the recipient will enjoy. For my family and friends that love non-fiction, I have heard great things about Destiny of the Republic: A Tale of Madness, Medicine and the Murder of a President, the story of President James A. Garfield. For those that love fiction, Carry Me Home: A Novel, is a great story of war and family and what life brings us. What a great gift package this will make!

My hubby said he would read his digital books before getting his shut eye. I would use it when I go camping. I love this product.

  2. This would be a gift for my 8 year old grandson who likes to play different things He would probably “explore” with it.

I can think of a couple things I would use this for! I also like to read at night without disturbing the hubby, this would be great for that. I also sometiimes surf on my laptop at night and the keys are not backlit, this would help with that as well! Thanks for the giveaway!

  4. I could really use this to see small print. I’ve noticed it is getting harder to see.
