Horizon Little Blends and Giveaway!

by The Shopping Duck on October 29, 2009

I have been a fan of Horizon products for a while now. I love their organic milk and am now just trying their new product – Little Blends yogurt. Little Blends yogurt combines the great taste of fruit yogurt with hidden vegetables. Now your children can get fruits and vegetables in one little cup. The yogurt comes in three flavors: Banana & Sweet Potato, Strawberry & Carrot and Apple & Butternut Squash.

The yogurt is produced without added growth hormones, high fructose corn syrup or artificial ingredients which means that you will love it as much as your kids do. The flavors are great and it comes in a perfect size. Each cup supplies 25% of the recommended daily value of protein, 20% DV of calciu, 20% DV of Vitamin A, plus Vitamin D, Iron, and probiotics.

My favorite thing about their yogurt is that they blend fruits *and* vegetables into them!

I like that there’s no high fructose corn syrup and I like the unusual flavor blends–except for strawberry and carrot; that just sounds too strange for me!

My kids love yogurt, but I think it is great that Horizon is blending veggies in, the apple and butternut squash sounds good to me!

I love that they have fruits and veggies in them. You usually only find fruit yogurt.

My daughter loves yogurt and fruit but she’s not a big veggie eater. I like that the blends incorporate some veggies into her diet in an easy way.
