My family enjoys casseroles. Last night I made a Shepherd’s Pie that was really very delicious. Casseroles are also very easy to take to a potluck dinner or family event. I have found a great source for casserole recipes and my favorite so far is Green Chile-Chicken Casserole. Yum!
