I was reading through an old copy of Weight Watchers magazine, when I came across the Ultimate Walking Challenge. This issue featured part 6, so I headed online to see if I could find the beginning parts of the challenge. Walking can be a great fat burner and I thought that if I could start slow and build up, I could stick with it.
The first part of the challenge is weeks one through eight. One day one, you start out by walking 1/2 mile in 10 minutes. This is once around the block for me and I think this is doable. By the end of week eight you have worked your way up to 1 1/2 miles in 30 minutes.
