It started about three months ago. The television in the living room started flickering. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it can be quite annoying. My kids are to the point where they start pounding on the side to try and get it to stop. And if you are watching a really good movie, it certainly doesn’t help the story line at all. Unfortunately, I just can’t break down and buy a new television just yet. I think it still has a few good years (ok, maybe months or days). If I did buy one, I want a new LCD TV. Not a small one, a nice big one that you can mount on your wall. Now, this is what I am talking about!

Our almost 20 year old Sony (a pass down to us after my husbands grandmother died) was starting to bite the dust, so when we saw a 32 inch LCD on sale at Best Buy for 375.00, we jumped on it. It’s a really good TV! wish we would have broken down sooner. The corners on the Sony were starting to turn black, but we passed it on the the kids to play games on!
