New Driver

While the time has come for me to get a new insurance quote. My daughter turned 16 back in February and I have now signed her up for her 6 hours of driving school which is required in New Jersey. Insurance rates here are very high, so I am not looking forward to adding her to my policy. She won’t be able to get her official license until she is 17 years old, but I am not sure how insurance works in the mean time. Will we have to pay the full amount even if she does not have her license yet? Guess this is just one of the questions that I need to research!
