I recently received a Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler to review. This has been a great addition to my kitchen! Before, the kids would just leave the recycling items on the kitchen counter instead of taking them outside to our recycling bin. Now, they just throw them in the Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler and when it is full, it just takes one trip out to the bin!

The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler attaches right to the inside of a cabinet door. The bag is not only durable, but is also machine washable and made of recycled materials. Attach the lid base to your cabinet door with the provided hooks or you can use screws if you prefer (not included). When the bag is full, you simply lift the bag portion with frame and carry it out to your recycle bin. The inside of the bag is waterproof and easy to wipe down. You can fit up to 36 crushed cans and it can even hold 1 gallon milk jugs.

Depending on your cabinet doors, you may want to attach the Hidden Recycler with screws instead of the hooks. The hooks made it a tight fit for my cabinet doors, so I am going to have my husband attach it later with screws.

My kids love that I don’t pile up their arms with recyclables anymore. When the bag is full, they are more than willing to carry it out to our recycle bin!
