How do you know?

How do you know which products will sell best? I have a home embroidery business, and by trial and error and a little market research”>market research, I have found that the sports towels are the most desirable product I have. However, they make me the least profit. I need to go back to the drawing board and figure out the best and most desirable product that will make me more profit!
