At the mall yesterday, I wandered into Things Remembered looking for a gift for my daughter who will be graduating from 8th grade this year. I didn’t want something really expensive and they had the perfect gift - a gemstone bracelet. They offered six different varieties:

I choose the Amethyst Star/Dream Bracelet (her birthday is in February and this is her birthstone as well) and had it engraved with her name and the year on the back. The bracelet was on sale for $19.99, but they do charge for engraving. You can find stores in your local mall, or order online.
