Jan 28 Exercising

One of my goals this year is to exercise more. This morning I went to the gym and used the elliptical machine. I found that if I track my exercise progress, I do better. I have found a number of website that offer exercise help.

FitDay.com has a free weight loss and diet journal available only. Optionally, you can buy and download their software which is easier to use and lets you enter products quicker.

SparkPeople.com has free diet plans, plus a weight loss and exercise tracker.

The USDA also has a free exercise and weight loss tracker.
