Jan 16 New Year’s Resolution
How are you doing on your New Year’s Resolutions? If one of your resolutions is to lose weight, then you might want to look at some treadmills. Treadmills are a great way to exercise. Walking has been shown to be an effective weight loss exercise, especially for women and with a treadmill you don’t have to worry about what the weather is like outside. I also like that you can choose your terrain. If I want a better workout, I choose a hilly terrain. If I am a little tired that day, a flat one.
