Just a quick note - always check your insurance statements! Recently, I was billed by my doctor’s office for a physical for my daughter. I thought maybe that was my part of the payment. After checking my insurance statement, I found that they did not pay for it at all. After a quick call to my employer (good thing they use healthcare management software) and the insurance company, everything was straightened out. It seems that they thought she had already had a physical this year. Always check your records!
