Sep 12 Fastest Growing Citites
I was browsing around the web and came across a CNN Money article about the fastest growing cities. The top city is Elk Grove, California with a 11.6% growth rate. The city that was a close second was North Las Vegas, Nevada! I figured that would be on the list. Everywhere I turn now I see ads for Las Vegas luxury homes and on the news there are always reports about the newest casinos being built. Las Vegas as certainly grown since the last time I went there just 10 years ago.
The interesting part about the report is that all of the cities were in warm climates. The only cities on the list were from California, Nevada, Florida and Arizona. I guess everyone is sick of the cold!

Thanks for sharing - it does seem true that the warmer climates seem to be the most desirable places to live.
I’ve never heard of Elk Grove - I’ll have to look it up on the map! Now Vegas, I know exactly where THAT is…. LOL
