I am constantly getting offers in the mail for real estate property in New York. It seems like there were a few big farms up there that are being subdivided and parcels are being sold. Some of the parcels look really tempting - pond, river, apple trees. I wonder, though, if there is electricity out to these parcels. Might make a nice place for a summer vacation home.
